Advisory Value Added Services : Technical Consultation

Overview

Technical consultations with our Field Engineers will begin with a discussion on what your team is trying to achieve or what problem they are trying to solve. This discussion will enable your team with clear next steps to ensure the customer is enabled and path to feature adoption is clear.

Technical consultations can be triggered by discussions during quarterly business reviews or other non-technical discussions, or by request from your team.

Benefits

Engaging in a Technical Consultation with us will typically provide the benefits of:

  • A platform for your developers/engineers to articulate their goals or the challenges they are facing. This discussion allows our Field Engineering team to understand the needs and requirements in depth.

  • The expertise and experience of our team, who can provide insights, recommendations, and potential solutions that the customer may not have considered. This can lead to more efficient problem-solving, potentially saving the customer time and resources.

  • Clear next steps, ensuring your team knows exactly what to do next. This guidance can reduce uncertainty and confusion, accelerating your team's path to adopting the necessary features and solutions.
