You can toggle "Accessible step output" off in order to make links in the CircleCI step output clickable.

Toggling the "Accessible step output" feature:

You can toggle this feature on/off from within the UI. To do this, please navigate to the "Accessibility" tab in your User Settings page:

Toggling "Accessible step output" to "on" will disable clickable links. Links will be clickable if the feature is toggled "off" (see image above).
